The City of Pharr will receive SEALED BIDS addressed to Juan G. Guerra, City Manager, and submitted to the City Clerk’s Office located on the 4th Floor, 118 South Cage Blvd., Pharr, Texas, 78577 until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2017 for Supply Contract for Purchase of Aluminum Sulfate Liquid Polymer Blend. All submitted bids will be gathered and taken to the City Commissioners Room, 2nd floor, to be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after the closing time will not be accepted and returned to the bidder unopened.

Specifications may be obtained from the City of Pharr Public Utilities Building at 801 E. Sam Houston, Pharr, TX 78577 or by calling (956) 402-4300, Monday thru Friday between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The City of Pharr reserves the right to refuse and reject any of all formalities or technicalities or to accept the bid it considers being best and most advantageous to the city, and holding the bids for a period of 30 days without taking action. Bids submitted past the aforementioned date and time will not be accepted.
