The Texas Water Development Board has granted Pharr Public Utilities a $3,681,688 loan forgiveness fora new water tower and water transmission line in the Northwest area of the city. The $12,000,000 project will be completed within two years and is vital to providing safe water to the northern parts of Pharr.
