Aquatic Programs

September – May
Swim Clinic (no age limit)

  • This program is designed to help swimmers refine their strokes. Practices involve set curriculums for each day and are designed to prepare the participants for competitive swim.
  • Beginners
    • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 5:30pm-6:30pm
  • Advanced
    • Mondays – Thursdays: 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Water Polo (no age limit)

  • Water polo is a competitive sport played in a swimming pool by two teams of seven. The main objective is to score the ball into the opposing team’s goal. This sport is like soccer, but in the water! Practices will include a set curriculum and skills to be learned for that day.
  • Fridays: 6:30pm – 8:00pm

  • Depth: 4 feet – 13 feet

Splash Ball (no age limit)

  • Splash ball is for anyone that is designed to introduce the sport of water polo to children. Practices will include a set curriculum and skills to be learned for that day. It also aids in:
    • developing their water safety skills
    • cultivating health and fitness
    • learning the fundamentals of teamwork
    • sampling a new sport for which they may have a special talent or passion.

Adult Aquatic Programs

Year Round
Adult Learn to Swim (14 & over)

  • A class for adults and teens, who either want to overcome their fear of the water or are comfortable in the water but would like to improve their strokes.
  • Depth: 4 feet – 13 feet
  • Location: Indoor, Heated Pool
  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00pm-9:00pm
  • $20/Month

March  – October
Aqua Aerobics (18 & over)

  • Resistance training in the water, where you follow a series of aerobic moves for a full body workout. These workouts are designed to tone, improve stamina and burn fat, with minimal impact.
  • Depth: 4 feet
  • Location: Indoor, Heated Pool
  • Monday – Thursday: 5:30pm-6:30pm
  • $20/Month

Aqua Zumba (18 & over)

  • This is classic aqua aerobics meets Zumba dance class. Participants will perform large muscle movements by reaching your arms and lifting your legs in the water, with minimal impact.
  • Depth: 4 feet
  • Location: Outdoor, Lazy River
  • Monday – Thursday: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
  • $20/Month

  • Levels:

  • $30/10 days

TAAF

  • Levels: based on how the participant performed during their tryouts.
  • Monday – Friday
    • 7am-9:30am
    • 4pm-7:30pm

Pool Rules

Rules & Regulations

  • Swimmers must wear swimsuits.
  • Cut-off shorts, clothing with buttons, and colored shirts are not allowed.
  • Absolutely no refunds are provided.
  • Swimmers must shower before entering the pool areas.
  • Swimmers are not allowed to run on the premises.
  • Diving and flipping from the edge of the pool is not allowed.
  • Absolutely no horseplay is allowed at any time.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
  • Glass containers are prohibited on the premises.
  • Abusive and profane language is not allowed.
  • Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Weapons or objects, which may be perceived as weapons, are not allowed.
  • Should you exit the aquatic center, you must re-pay to enter.
  • Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
  • No Refunds.
