The City of Pharr and the Greater Pharr Chamber of Commerce will host a Groundbreaking Ceremony in celebration of the new DestinyThrough Christ (DTC) Church which will be built on the former site of the Tejano Saloon. The event will take place at 11 am on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at 1302 W. Nolana Loop in Pharr.
