The Human Resources Department provides high quality service to the City of Pharr to achieve staff and service excellence. Pharr 311 App: Download our convenient Pharr 311 app to easily report non-emergency issues like potholes, graffiti, or missed trash pickups directly to the City. Track the progress of your reports and stay informed about city services through the app.
Email Services: Our reliable email systems ensure seamless communication between residents and city departments.
Phone/Radio Systems: We maintain efficient phone & radio systems, making it easy for you to reach the right city staff whenever needed.
