May 2021 Election Notice (H.B. 305)
The Texas State Legislature passed House Bill 305 on June 14, 2019 and becomes effective on September 1, 2019. The bill requires that a political subdivision, with the authority to impose a tax that at any time on or after January 1, 2019, maintained a publicly accessible Internet website, shall include certain information, including information regarding upcoming elections, on that web site pursuant to the effective date.

Aviso de elecciones de mayo de 2021 (H.B. 305)
La Legislatura del Estado de Texas aprobó el Proyecto de Ley 305 de la Cámara de Representantes el 14 de junio de 2019 y entra en vigor el 1 de septiembre de 2019. El proyecto de ley requiere que una subdivisión política, con la autoridad para imponer un impuesto que en cualquier momento a partir del 1 de enero de 2019, mantuviera un sitio web de Internet de acceso público, incluya cierta información, incluida información sobre las próximas elecciones, en ese sitio web de conformidad con la fecha de vigencia.
Eleccion Municipal 2021
