Earn volunteer hours while helping keep Pharr beautiful! Join the City of Pharr for our community Trash-Off on Saturday, August 8, at 8:00 AM. Volunteers will meet at the Pharr Baseball Complex before heading out to clean up our city alongside Don’t Mess with Texas® and the Adopt-A-Highway Program.
