The Pharr 311 app provides a quick and easy way to report non-emergency issues within the city.  Want to report a pothole, broken streetlight or graffiti on the go?  Pharr 311 uses GPS to identify your exact location and also allows you to snap a photo to add to your request.  Your request is then routed quickly and efficiently to the appropriate department for immediate action. Staff can contact you, if necessary, for additional information to help resolve an issue.
