Pharr, Texas – The City of Pharr, in partnership with DHR Health, will now host pediatric and adult Pfizer vaccine clinics at the Pharr EMS Headquarters (formerly known as the Pharr Events Center) located at 3000 N. Cage Blvd. in Pharr.
Beginning Tuesday, January 4, 2022, all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses (boosters) of the Pfizer vaccine, will be available every Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm at the Pharr EMS Headquarters located at 3000 N. Cage Blvd in Pharr, TX.
“The City of Pharr is proud to partner with DHR Health to move their vaccine clinic, which has been hosted for over a year now at the DHR Health Conference Center, to our Pharr EMS Headquarters to accommodate for more space and parking,” said Mayor Ambrosio Hernandez, M.D. “We are dedicated to helping our community and this move will ensure that adequate space and accommodations are available to safely continue administering the Pfizer vaccines,” he added.
Note: DHR Health only administers the Pfizer vaccine which has been approved for use as a booster for other vaccine types. All age requirements still apply, and vaccine cards are required for those receiving their 2nd and 3rd doses.
