Pharr to Host State of the City Address on Thursday, January 19th @ 11:30 am
Pharr, Texas – Mayor Ambrosio Hernandez, M.D., and the Pharr City Commission are proud to announce that the city will host its annual State of the City Address on Thursday, January 19, 2023, from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm at the Pharr Events Center (3000 N. Cage Blvd.). The event will also be broadcast on SOMOS 5.3, the city’s website https://pharr-tx.gov/, and on the city’s Facebook page (@cityofpharr) via Facebook LIVE.
“Great things are happening every day in the City of Pharr as we work with all our Team of Pharr leaders, employees, partners, and community members continue to work collaboratively to achieve exceptional accomplishments for our citizens,” said Mayor Ambrosio Hernandez, M.D. “Our annual State of the City Address will highlight the many accolades, achievements, projects, and endeavors we worked on in 2022 as well as recognize the efforts of all our partners who helped bring these efforts to fruition,” he continued. “We invite you to watch the Pharr State of the City Address on SOMOS 5.3 or Facebook LIVE,” Hernandez added.
The City of Pharr will highlight and showcase its 2022 endeavors including city projects, economic development growth, legislative efforts, infrastructure developments, public safety initiatives, partnerships, quality-of-life enhancements, and more. It has been an exciting year for the City of Pharr with many accomplishments to celebrate!
