Pharr, Texas – The City of Pharr and the Pharr Economic Development Corporation are excited to announce a special media preview event at IKEA Pharr TODAY, Monday, September 29, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at 500 N. Jackson Rd., Pharr, Texas.
This exclusive press event will provide media representatives with the opportunity to connect with IKEA officials, learn more about the new store, and capture an advance look ahead of the highly anticipated grand opening. Media representatives are encouraged to attend to gather photos, video, interviews, and b-roll footage.
The official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for IKEA Pharr will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 10 a.m. Members of the public, community leaders, and media are invited to join in the celebration.
