Marisol’s ScratchBaked Goods is a sourdough baker located in San Juan, TX. Our business was created from a simple belief: the food we share with our families and community should be made with care, intention, and honest ingredients.

As a small cottage bakery, we are committed to using organic, clean, and whole ingredients whenever possible — no unnecessary additives, just real food the way it was meant to be. We believe that simple recipes, made from scratch, nourish both body and soul.

Our sourdough is crafted through a slow, long fermentation process that not only develops deep, rich flavor, but also supports better digestion and gut health. This traditional method breaks down grains in a way that makes bread more wholesome and nourishing, just as generations before us prepared it.

Beyond baking, our mission is to educate and connect. We want our community to understand what goes into their food, why organic and whole ingredients matter, and how returning to slower, more intentional baking can support overall wellness.
