A memory café is a welcoming, stigma-free social gathering for individuals with cognitive challenges (including Alzheimer’s or dementia) and their care partners. Held regularly in community spaces, these gatherings offer coffee, light snacks, social connection, and engaging activities like music or art in a low-pressure environment that reduces isolation.
