- Project Scope: Pharr – Mcallen Drain consists of an installation of an additional storm structure at the Ridge Road crossing. The proposed structure consists of 10’ x 9’ reinforced concrete box along with ditch concrete rip-raps at both ends of the crossing and improvements to the existing roadway storm system.
