Commission Meeting Calendar

The City Clerk’s Office assists the City Manager in the preparation of City Commission agendas. Agendas are prepared and posted continously for at least three (3) business days preceding the scheduled time of said meeting, in compliance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code, Vernon’s Texas Codes, Annotated (Open Meetings Act). Agendas for meetings and work sessions are posted the preceding week at City Hall – 1st floor outdoor bulletin board and the City’s website.
