Pharr, Texas – The City of Pharr is pleased to invite the media to the 2025 State of the City Address, presented by Mayor Dr. Ambrosio Hernandez. Join us as we celebrate the many milestones, achievements, highlights, and exciting new projects that have shaped the City of Pharr in the past year.

The 2025 State of the City Address will take place on Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Pharr EMS Headquarters (3000 N. Cage Blvd., Pharr, TX 78577). 

The past year has been truly transformative for Pharr and its residents. Mayor Dr. Hernandez will reflect on the progress the city has made and outline plans for continued growth and development.
