Keep Pharr beautiful Committee
The Keep Pharr Beautiful Committee is composed of five (5) members. The committee shall promote and encourage the beautification of the City through participation of the citizens and local businesses. It actively pursues and promotes the development of civic pride and coordinates efforts to improve the beauty and cleanliness of the city. The board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Commissioners Room, second floor of Pharr City Hall.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Keep Pharr Beautification Committee include:
- Promote and encourage beautification of the city
