Library Board

This is a board of seven (7) members and one (1) ex-officio member. This boards serves in an advisory capacity in all matters pertaining to public library. It assists in the planning of programs and makes recommendations to the City Commission and City Manager. The board meets bi-monthly on the third Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room, second floor of Pharr City Hall.
