To pay your bill using your online account, follow the below instructions:

How to Pay & Set Up Autopay for your Internet Bill:

Paying and setting up autopay for your internet bill online is fast and easy and follows the same process as paying for your water bill. On this page you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to take care of your internet bill online.

Some things you will need to make an online payment and set up autopay:

  • Your account number and/or your internet bill– this is a number in the format 95-XXXX-XX that can be found on your internet bill, or it can be provided to you by a TeamPharr.Net Specialist by calling (956) 402-2000.
  • A payment method – can be a credit or debit card*
  • Your username and password for your online utilities account - if you already have one for your water bill, you can sign in to your utilities account to add your internet account.

Using a bank account for autopay

Currently, the online payment system does not have an option to add a bank account as a form of payment. In order to use a bank account instead of a credit or debit card, you must provide a voided check and a filled out Bank Draft Form to the Utilities Department, or they can be emailed to [email protected].

Visit the Pharr Utility Billing portal which has several payment options for you to choose from:

Quick Pay (one-time payment)

The Quick Pay option will allow you to make a one-time payment for your selected account.

How to use the Quick Pay option to make a one-time payment:

  • Input utility account number
  • Enter the Last Payment Amount (if no previous payments, enter 0.00)
  • Select Find bill
  • Account information and amount owed will be shown
  • Click Continue
  • Input card information
  • Click Submit Payment to finalize

Sign in to an existing account

If you already have an account and autopay set up for your water bill, you can use the same account and process to set up autopay for your internet bill as well.

How to set up autopay from an existing account:

  • Click Manage accounts
  • Click Add Account
  • Will ask for Account #
  • Last Payment (if no previous payments, enter 0.00)

Registering for an account

Registering for an account with the online utilities payment system will allow you to manage set up automatic payment for your internet and water accounts in the same place.

How to register for a new account and set up autopay:

  • Click Sign in or sign up
  • Click Register
  • Type in a valid email
  • Create a password
  • Confirm password
  • Input Name and Phone Number
  • Click Register
  • An email will be sent to activate the account
  • When email is received, click to activate, and log in with login information
  • Once logged in, click enroll in auto pay
  • Click Enroll
  • Choose Payment Day (we recommend choosing 4 days after the due date, in case it falls on Saturday or Sunday)
  • Date of first draft will be displayed once chosen
  • Choose Payment method
  • Input Credit Card or Debit information
  • Click Enroll now

Pay by Phone

You can make your TeamPharr.Net payment by calling the Pharr Utility Billing Department at (956) 402-4729. Their hours are Monday-Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 1 PM. They can accept your payment and answer any questions you may have about your bill.

Pay in Person
