Community Development Council
This is an eleven (11) member board. The purpose of the board is to review, conduct public hearings, and make recommendations for City Council action regarding requests for projects to be funded from the city’s annual Community Development Block Grant entitlement under this federal program. The board meets as needed typically on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room, second floor of Pharr City Hall.
