- Provide management of engineering and architectural consultants in city project activities.
- Construction contracts
- Preparation of bid/contract documents
- Development of plans & specifications
- Advertising
- Bid opening
- Construction administration & payments
- Manage and inspect infrastructure construction for new development and city capital improvement projects.
- Provide subdivision plat and construction plan reviews for consistency and compliance with city standards.
- Provide building permit reviews for all commercial development to ensure compliance with city standards, drainage and storm water policies.
- Provide coordination with other local and state governmental entities throughout project planning and construction.
- Provide In-House design for various City improvement projects.
