Our mission is connecting residents with police, fire, and EMS, and other emergency services efficiently and effectively. We continuously enhance our technology and deliver efficient, innovative, and accessible services that foster a thriving, safe, and sustainable community. Our department is committed to ensuring the highest level of public safety and assisting in sustainability for the citizens’ quality of life.
Our Goals
- Ensure a great customer service experience – Provide the highest quality of service to our community through, effective processes, continued training, and adherence to our culture of “Excellence Everyday.”
- Improving Response Times for First Responders – Provide the most efficient call taking processes allowing for faster dispatching of incidents for quicker responses.
- Ensure Scene Safety for Responders – Provide a safer scene for first responders through call taking standards and next generation call taking technologies.
- Innovative and Trend Setting – Continue the advance of available service to our community and responders by continually pushing forward with innovative and trendsetting ideas and processes.
