The Utility Billing Division’s main responsibility is to bill and collect for water service, sewer service, sanitation service and provide quality customer service to the residents of Pharr. The Utility Billing Division sends out bills once a month via mail.

You will need to have your MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, or personal check and water bill account number available. Your one-time payment will be posted to your account the following business day, by Automatic Clearing House (ACH).
Customers have the option to pay their bill via bank draft each month. Contact the Billing Division at 956-402-4151 for more information.
