CONFLICT DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS
Effective January 1, 2006, members of a municipal governing body are required to file Conflict Disclosure Statements with their City Records Administrator under the provisions of House Bill 914 and Local Government Code Chapter 176. A Conflict of Interest Questionnaire shall be filed by certain vendors and other persons that might have conflicts of interest with a local government entity under the provisions of H.B. 914.
