Offer Affordable, Healthy Menu Options – Keep prices accessible for all residents and city employees, prioritize fresh ingredients and balanced meals, support city wellness initiatives through nutritious options, regularly introduce new healthy choices that meet community needs

Maintain Operational Excellence – Uphold disciplined food safety, cleanliness, and preparation standards ,ensure efficient ordering, preparation, and pick-up processes, leverage tools like tablets and call management to reduce missed orders and increase responsiveness, regularly evaluate performance, service speed, and customer satisfaction

Build a Culture Rooted in Values and Continuous Improvement – Demonstrate pride and integrity in everything we prepare and serve, encourage staff to embody ethics, respect, and professionalism daily, foster accountability and teamwork, seek and implement feedback from residents and staff; provide ongoing training and development
