- Promote a Positive and Inclusive Workplace Culture – Foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment for all employees by implementing initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, such as unconscious bias training, mentorship programs, and accessible career advancement opportunities.
- Foster Workplace Safety and Wellness – Improve employee wellness and work-life balance by expanding health and wellness programs, flexible working arrangements, and employee assistance services.
- Improve Employee Engagement and Satisfaction – Strengthen employee engagement and communication within city departments by increasing transparency and encouraging regular feedback through employee surveys, town halls, and team-building activities.
