Our Goals

• Ensure all City facilities are properly maintained through timely repairs, routine inspections, and responsive maintenance services to support daily operations and public safety
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive parks, landscaped areas, and public spaces that promote community use, environmental stewardship, and civic pride.
• Deliver reliable cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of public restrooms to ensure standards, accessibility, and a positive experience for residents and visitors.
• Implement proactive preventive maintenance strategies to extend the life of City assets, reduce unexpected repairs, and improve long-term cost efficiency.
• Streamline work order intake, prioritization, and response to provide timely, effective maintenance support for City departments and right-of-way needs.
