The City of Pharr Public Health Department Internship Program is an educational, learning experience designed to provide students with meaningful exposure to public health practice at the municipal level.
The internship emphasizes learning through observation, participation, reflection, and skill development, while supporting public health initiatives that serve the Pharr community. The program helps students:

Eligibility:
- Graduate students (any major, public health preferred)
- Undergraduate students (any major, public health preferred)
- High school seniors (17–18)
