This notice is to clarify that all fire and life safety test and inspection records are required to be filed via ComplianceCenter as per Item 107.3 of the adopted IFC Code 2018 edition: “Records shall be made available for inspection by the fire code official, and a copy of the records shall be provided to the fire code official upon request.”

In order to control costs for Fire and Life Safety compliance oversight of facilities within the city limits of Pharr, our agency has been reviewing solutions to allow all Service Providers to submit compliance inspection reports to one secure, central repository. We have adopted a web-based solution called ComplianceCenter™ from BuildingReports® (www.buildingreports.com) based on its ability for paperless compliance oversight, ease of communication and “no-fee” structure for all stakeholders.
