• Ensure Public Safety – Enforce building codes and regulations to protect residents, visitors, and property from potential hazards, ensuring safe construction, maintenance, and occupancy of structures. 
• Enhance Community Livability – Provide sustainable development and high-quality construction practices that improve the overall livability, aesthetics, and functionality of neighborhoods and commercial areas. 
• Streamline Compliance Processes – Improve efficiency in permit issuance, inspections, and code enforcement by leveraging technology, clear guidelines, and responsive customer service.  
• Promote Education and Awareness – Provide training and outreach programs for builders, contractors, and residents to increase understanding of building safety regulations and encourage proactive compliance.
