The Utility Billing Division’s main responsibility is to bill and collect for water service, sewer service, sanitation service and provide quality customer service to the residents of Pharr. The Utility Billing Division sends out bills once a month via mail.

Customers also have the option to pay their bill via bank draft each month. Please fill out and submit the Authorization for Automatic Payment form along with a voided check to the Utility Billing Division at City Hall. Call 956-402-4151 for more information.
